Sara Fanelli -
I love all her different fonts! I think the random collection of words in capitals/ joined up/ dotted underlined/ big/ small handwritten fonts are really interesting and fun altogether. It makes her work feel like a notebook which really appeals to me. I like the way she uses collage to add depth to her work and I also like the way she uses line to create a images that feel quite childlike.
I find some of her work a little odd and disconcerting - her characters sometimes feel sinister and creepy even when they are not meant to be. I also find that some of her work lacks an emotional connection with the audience - her characters sometimes feel flat and expressionless which makes it hard to connect with them.
